How to Order Promotional Products and Apparel

The Ordering Process for Promotional Items

Step 1
Upon meeting with our sales rep, discuss the time, location and type of event you want to distribute your promotional items. Our rep can steer you to the appropriate catalogs or product lines that best fit. Once this is determined we can browse the list of item categories. Make note of the brand, quantities, product number, colors, styles and other pertinent information.

Step 2
When all items have been chosen, look at them in a collective way, do any of them overlap or not fit into your desired branding or visual effect? Once this is done, our rep will work up a detailed quote for your review.

If you do not have your own graphics or art, we can help get it developed. If you do have branded logos or artwork, best formats are quality image are digital image files such as a .eps, .tif, .jpg or .gif.

To Order Branded Apparel

Step 1
Browse through the various catalogs provided by our sales rep, keeping in mind any limitation or restriction your company or organization may have. Select the type of garments, hat or accessories you think will be best for promoting your group.

Step 2 
Make sure to visualize the placement, positioning  and size of your logo, message or artwork.
If you do not have your own graphics or art, we can help get it developed. If you do have branded logos or artwork, best formats are quality image are digital image files such as a .eps, .tif, .jpg, or .gif.

If you need to send us with your artwork, we can accept it in digital format such as a .eps, .tif, .jpg, or .gif.  Just send it to us as an attachment, preferably one logo per email with a description of the item and its use on the apparel.


Artwork
Once we receive your artwork or graphics, we will review it in order to assure its suitable use for the items you have chosen. If the image is not clear or needs "cleaning up" we can suggest what can be done to improve the final product.

Samples
Our ultimate goal is to make you happy with the promotional products you want. We can provide you with samples products and discuss the pros and cons of each items in regards to affordability and functionality.

Approval of Product
We can furnish an actual product with your requested imprint, for your approval before production. 

A few of the most frequently asked question about artwork and graphics

I'm not sure if it's in the correct digital format
The recommended  format  is original vector art, saved in an EPS format.

What about other formats?
Other formats may be acceptable, depending of the complexity, size and detail. It depends on the quality of the image and some other factors. We can help you decide on what is best.

What if my organization does not have artwork?
We can help in creating artwork or make your artwork "imprinting ready". Either email or deliver your logo, graphics, or art and we will optimize it . Artwork services are billed separately.

Potential Additional Cost Factors

Artwork Charges
We will always try to work with the artwork you provide, but if any revisions are required additional charges may apply. You will be contacted for your approval.

Imprint Charges
Imprint methods other than the standard process listed for that item may necessitate additional charges. We will  quote you and make recommendation as to the best process available for your logo on that product or apparel.

Additional Imprint Charges
Most product pricing includes only one color imprint and one location. Please call for additional charges if your logo includes more than one color or will be imprinted in more than one location.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax in Florida on any sales delivered to a Florida resident or location. If your company or organization is a nonprofit, we need a copy of your tax exempt certificate.
